VR International Sport Horses
We select horses with close attention to their origins and qualities, and support their development through training and competition.
We select young horses with talent, bloodlines and sporting potential. We believe in progressive, personalised training, respecting each horse’s own pace and supporting its development through schooling and competition. Our goal is to develop their full potential, preparing them to take on new sporting challenges and to continue their journey with their future riders.

Our work
At VR International Sport Horses we combine rigorous selection with personalised training, respecting each horse’s own pace and supporting its progress towards top-level sport.
Discover our philosophyWe identify young horses with strong bloodlines, above all on the dam’s side, and with the talent and potential for competition show jumping.
We develop their abilities through progressive, individual training that respects their own pace.
Competition is part of their learning: it allows us to assess their progress and consolidate their sporting experience.
When a horse reaches a new stage in its development, we look for the right rider and environment so that it can keep growing and fulfil its sporting potential.
The team
At VR International Sport Horses we believe that each horse’s development is the result of commitment, experience and teamwork. We share one philosophy: respecting their pace, bringing out their talent and supporting them at every stage of their sporting development.
Head rider · Sport development
Benjamín leads the sporting development of our horses, combining his competition experience with individual training. His work focuses on identifying and bringing out each horse’s qualities, respecting its pace and preparing it to take on new sporting challenges.
Junior rider · VR International Sport Horses
Sofía represents the new generation of VR International Sport Horses. As a junior rider, she continues to build her sporting career alongside her horses, combining learning, training and competition. Her progress reflects the team’s values: commitment, dedication and a passion for equestrian sport.
Akrobat de Ashwey Z · 2019
After a period of training and sporting development at VR International Sport Horses under the guidance of Benjamín Fernández, Akrobat began a new chapter of his career in Portugal in 2026.
A new destination, the same potential to develop.
